Vars is really dancing around the subject of Viktor and how much he likes the other punk. Part of it is his own hang-ups and the rest is he doesn't have any idea about what Viktor might be thinking about any of it. Vars grew up in a very toxic environment as far as social norms and while it still came out with strangers, around those he knew the softer and more relaxed side of who he was came out.
"Viktor probably police station." He knew that the punk had it in for the police. Surely, that would be a target.
"Good but need someone turn to Norwegian." Vars sighed and shrugged. "Don't read English."
